Jacquelyn A. Brown, MPH Jackie handles the Foundation's Strategic Communications Plan and community outreach work. She currently sits on the Washington AIDS Partnership Steering Committee, the Partnership for Prince George's County Steering Committee, and the Partnership for Equity. She joined the Foundation in 2003.
Julie Farkas Julie joined CHF in 2000 and manages the Foundation’s overall community grantmaking and capacity building programs. She works closely with our nonprofit partners in the areas of program design, evaluation, and technology to help support and strengthen their work.
Berlette McMillan Berlette provides administrative support to the office of the President & CEO, the Foundation's Board of Trustees and Committees, as well as Foundation staff. She also oversees CHF's membership activities. Berlette joined CHF in 2006.
Director of Finance and Human Resources Joyce oversees all financial and human resources activities for the Foundation. She joined CHF in 1998.
Margaret K. O’Bryon Margaret has overall responsibility for the strategic, programmatic, financial, and administrative operations of the Foundation, and joined CHF in 1998 as its first in-house staff person. She currently serves in a leadership capacity in a number of organizations, including Washington Grantmakers and its Health Working Group; the national Board of Grantmakers in Health; the national advisory committee of The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Community Health Leadership Program; the Washington AIDS Partnership; D.C. Local Initiatives Support Corporation; and the D.C. Nonprofit Finance Fund.
Nivosoa Razafindratsitohaina Nivo provides administrative support to the Program Staff and serves as primary contact for the Foundation’s grants management system. She also serves as receptionist for the Foundation. She joined CHF in 2006.
Rachel Wick Rachel oversees the area of health policy, and implementation and evaluation of the Foundation’s strategic plan. She is the primary contact for work on the Strategic Access to Health Care Initiative and collaborates with our nonprofit partners on program design, evaluation, and capacity building. She joined CHF in 2005.
