Annual Report

Our Annual Reports are CHF’s fundamental and most basic communications tool and gateway into the community.  They spotlight the work of our nonprofit partners, provides “transparent” information to the community about CHF’s work, and allows public access to our resources.  By sharing the work of our partners with the broader community, CHF attracts additional resources for their activities, as well as potential new partners to the Foundation, as a way to achieve our larger goal of affecting needed health systems reform in our community.  Because CHF operates as other relatively small and community-based foundations with strict budgets, our Annual Reports have also doubled as our brochure.
